In India, the New – Gen Royal Enfield Classic 350 Likely to Launch in July

It is expected that the new-gen royal Enfield classic 350 is going on sale next month. For the Indian market, royal Enfield is working for so long.

Last year, the Meteor 350 was introduced in the replacement of the Thunderbird 350. That motorcycle is based on the J1D platform. After so much consideration the lots of improvements are made to Meteor 350 over the Thunderbird. Not only will this, but the classic 350 also have lots of improvements, such as better ride quality. The Royal Enfield accessoriessuch as the twin cradle frame, helps in lowering the weight of the curb. It is expected that they would improve fuel efficiency as well.

There is an assumption that the upcoming classic 350 will also have improved ergonomics with a new switchgear layout. There is a revised semi-digital instrument cluster with the Google power tripper navigation system. Not only the accessories but the overall look will be changed. Apart from this, there is a chance of a more responsive chassis, leading to better handling and good braking capabilities.

If we talk about the performance, then the 2021 royal Enfield classic will claim a reread 349 cc single-cylinder OHC air- and oil-cooled engine. This is good enough to produce the maximum output of power. But as compared to the outgoing classic, the power has slightly increased at the expense of a 1 Nm drop in torque.

The powertrain is attached to the five-speed transmission. The dual-channel abs system will be at the top-spec variant. It is expected that the price range will also be increased. On the mechanical side, telescopic front forks and twin gas-charged rear suspension will surely continue. This classic wills likely launch next month as they have following other plans as well.
