About Our Prices
Prices and description of the products are subject to change without prior notice. Suggested retail prices listed in distributor catalogues may vary from Sparezo retail price. Beside this, products can be withdrawn from sale at any time. This may happen due to price hikes from distributors or vendors. However, you will not be charged any additional charges before intimation. We reserve the right to substitute product in the catalogue for comparable or like items. On any item withdrawn from sale which required a down payment, 10% cancellation fee will be charged that will be deducted from the down payment.

Online Order: All the products in our catalogue and other wide array of products are available for online purchase . You can place your order 24*7 on this website. We ensure that all your details during payment will be kept confidential and so is secured.
Order by Telephone: You can place order by telephonic conversation. Longer duration of time is taken before dispatching of product in this method. So it is advisable to send us the list of spares you want to place order at link below.
Shipments Duties and VAT
If the parcel sent by us undergoes any import duties or VAT Charges procedure, buyer is liable to pay all the charges. Prices mentioned on the website are exclusive of Import Duties and VAT Charges as it varies from country to country. It is recommended to contact your local customs office for further information.
Return Policy
Sparezo is the best in class industry when it comes to return policy. All returns must be made error and defect free. If you detect any kind of manufacturing defect in the products please do not make delay to contact us. Defective parts or in few circumstances whole product is replaceable. Return should be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. Look over special warranty notes on exhaust system and gas tanks.
Special Warranty Information
Used and Damaged Parts: We are not responsible for exchange, refund and warranty consideration if in our opinion shows evidence of being used or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer.
Note: Use of pre- paid return label is for your convenience. You can print your own label for on return page and the cost for the same will be deducted from your credit card. ($7.99 on packages up to 20 lbs. $12.99 on packages over 20 lbs. & on oversized merchandise. Continental U.S. only.) We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
For defective parts, or for the products those get damaged during shipping, return shipping charges will be fully refunded. Be careful while handling the products during installation or returning as we damaged products cannot be returned to the supplier or sold to other customers.
While returning back your product, make sure that it is securely packed and send it through regular post once the Return Merchandise Authorization has been issued.
